Biodynamic farming

At Yzzalia, biodynamic cultivation is an agreement with the land. Our farming strategy operates in strict accordance with the lunar calendar, with preparations applied at the precise moment the soil is most receptive, with no synthetic inputs. The result is a coffee of extraordinary terroir. Mineral, alive, and expressive of a single hillside in El Salvador in a way that conventional farming cannot replicate. Each harvest is a reflection of that year's rhythm, and the elements are not repeatable.

A Luxury Collectible Asset

YZZALIA is an authentically limited release. Our annual harvest of estate Geisha is finite, and part of the release is allocated a year in advance to private clients, collectors and institutions. Every release is traceable directly to the single estate and the acquisition is made directly from the farm instead of intermediaries. It is offered as a collectible to be held in bonded cellarage with out London partners, drawn down to the owner's terms, and kept intact. Every year a new position in a vintage that will not be repeated will be delivered.
